“Any customer always has access to me through my phone. They can text me day or night, it doesn’t matter. I need that constant communication so that we can bounce ideas. Right after dinner or even in the middle of dinner, I’ll get a text saying, ‘I was thinking about this.’ My wife, I guess she would rather I wouldn’t respond as quickly, but sometimes even during dinner, I’ll answer.”
