Paul’s Jewelry is a third-generation jewelry store founded by Paul and Theresa Naomi in 1954.
The couple’s three children grew up learning the ropes of the business, and after exploring other careers, they all decided to work in the store. As Lafayette’s legacy jeweler, the three children balanced the values of the past with the vision of the future. Today, Paul’s grandson, Jacob Naomi, manages the store.
What started as a mom and pop shop in Downtown Lafayette, Paul’s Jewelry moved to the River Ranch shopping area 15 years ago. The jewelry store has been in Lafayette’s favorite shopping locale since, maturing into a full-service jewelry store featuring fine watches, engagement and wedding rings, designer lines, and custom design services.

Whether their last name is Naomi or not, the team at Paul’s Jewelry is family.
And that’s the vibe you’ll feel when you enter the store where you’ll be greeted by a smiling Naomi or a long-time employee.

Paul’s Jewelry provides complimentary polishing and plating for your jewelry’s lifetime.
If a diamond falls out of the halo, they will replace it free of charge. They do their casting on-premises with Stuller Casting. When a jeweler is on-site, you’ll have your repaired item good as new in 10 minutes. Jewelry cleaning, gift wrap, and appraisals on their merchandise are free of charge.

Paul’s Jewelry also specializes in watches; they do fine automatic watch repairs, case and band refinishing, quartz watch repairs, replace watch batteries, and band sizing. They are an official Rolex jeweler in Louisiana.

“Everything has gone towards custom jewelry,” Jacob says. “We carry some beautiful lines and unique jewelry that people don't have—different colored stones and gemstones that you might not see anywhere else, like tsavorite garnets.”
