“We are a small, family atmosphere jewelry store. Anyone can go to the big box stores, but you see the same stuff. We handpick all of our jewelry. Everything’s unique. We’re small, so we feel like we can get more engaged with the customers. And we know everybody by name, most likely, when they come in the door. We have a goldsmith on site named Dana, who’s been with us for eight years. He’s very talented—he’s been doing it for longer than I’ve been alive. A lot of the work he does is the old school way of hand-carving waxes.”
